Prices are per room per night, with breakfast included. For children up to 4 years a cot will be placed without any extra charge. Children 5 years or older may stay in an extra bed at a cost of € 11.50. Extra bed - has a price of € 23.00 per person per night. Guests can check in on any day of the week.

Minimum stay
The minimum stay will be two nights in all seasons. However if the reservation is for the complete house, it is possible to reserve for one night. During high season, between the first of June and the end of the second week of September, the minimum stay is seven nights.

Meal booking conditions
Meals must be book in advance, according to the available menus, as long as booked with a minimum of 8 hours. The price varies depending on the selected menu.

Prices
Published prices are subject to change without notice. Under no circumstances may be admitted a greater number of people than the accommodation allows, allowing the owner the right of refusing entry. The prices for the long weekends, Christmas and New Year, Carnival and Easter are considered High Season.
Payment method
To complete the booking process we require a payment of 50% of the total price of the reservation. After the payment is confirmed, a receipt will be sent by e-mail. The remaining 50% will be charged during check in.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel your reservation up to 5 days before date of arrival, the advance fee will be returned. If canceled after this period, only 50% of the advance value will be returned.
Anomalies and deficiencies
Malfunctions and defects which the customer may find in the accommodation should be reported as soon as possible and always during your stay. All claims made after leaving the accommodation cannot be answered by lack of fundamental criteria that could process the claim.

Pets are not allowed.
Extra services
Casa das Anas, besides privacy, allows you to luxurious treats. Extravagances and extra services such as shuttle service, meals, workshops, guides and entertainers, outdoor activities packages among others amenities to make you feel at home. All extra services must be requested when booking.
Other conditions
When making the reservation, the client is responsible for making the correct statement of the number of people who will occupy the accommodation (without omitting children), regardless of the age. The owner reserve the right to refuse the stay of any undeclared guests and will not accept any complaints regarding this matter. Casa das Anas may charge a security deposit during the check in that will be returned at the check out if no damage has occurred. Is the owner responsibility to inform the deposit amount at the arrival day.
